Shipping and Delivery
We offer three shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States; standard, second-day, and next-day. The shipping and handling rates are determined when you choose one of the available shipping options. Please use the amount listed on the product page to determine your actual shipping cost for that item.
Delivery within the United States

- Signature required.
- Add $8.00 to standard shipping costs (detailed below).
- For Alaska, and Hawaii there will be an additional charge of $23 for second-day delivery.

All international purchases will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. Costs are calculated based on the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are in U.S. currency. Final shipping cost is determined based on the final destination.

Delivery to post office boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund.
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Jennifer Jones Designs purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to the return address for Jennifer Jones Designs printed on the slip. Price adjustments
Prices are subject to change and we work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on jenniferjonesdesigns.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Please call 1-650-279-9741 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.
